Wüsthof Classic Ikon Manual Knife Sharpener

Keep your Wüsthof cutlery in prime condition with this easy-to-use handheld sharpener. Perfect for sharpening and honing all types of knives, it produces a cutting angle of approximately 14 degrees per side. Use the Coarse slot for dull blades, then hone to razor-sharpness with the Fine slot. To refresh an already sharp edge, just run the blade through the Fine slot.
